YOU WILL ONLY ACHIEVE WHAT YOU DREAM OF IF YOU KNOW HOW TO DO IT.
In a clear, intelligent, and purposeful way
I believe training with proper planning is the most powerful tool to achieve what you want…
(Forget the usual endless training tables you never follow — you know it)
That’s why I love training: it’s about inspiring others and growing physically, mentally, and spiritually.
BECAUSE WE ALL HAVE MUCH TO LEARN (INCLUDING ME) AND MUCH TO GIVE TO OTHERS AS WELL.
'They always told me I wouldn’t achieve anything in sports, especially in ski mountaineering'
'They always told me I wouldn’t achieve anything in sports, especially in ski mountaineering'
Specifically, my story began like this…
I think the fact that they repeated that phrase over and over made me not believe it.
And I feel that every time I started or fought for something (still happens now), it was the push I needed to dive in.
In my athletic life, almost everything can be summarized as failing, failing again, and keeping at it until you find the key. All of this guided by my values:
- AMBITION - Being ambitious only leads to success.
- SUCCESS - Success isn’t about being first in a race.
- LEARNING - Learning to know yourself is the path to achievement.
- SELF-IMPROVEMENT - Always a good sign to surpass yourself.
- FREEDOM - Being free and knowing your direction will make a difference.
- KNOWLEDGE - I’m aware: 'what isn’t measured cannot be improved'.

For me, it was a dream to have the life I have now, and ski mountaineering has taken me to the point of turning my passion into my profession.
MY BIGGEST ADVANTAGE IS NOT WHAT I KNOW OR WHAT YOU SEE ON SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT SKI MOUNTAINEERING, BUT MY WAY OF PLANNING AND TRAINING MY ATHLETES.
Surely there are thousands of people practicing the same sports as you, but the truth is no one is like you or does what you do.
So, why train like them?
If you want to change the way you do things and start discovering your full potential, I’ll be happy to help.
I help endurance mountain athletes who have been training for years without structure to reach their maximum performance by optimizing your training without needing to train more.

BEGINNINGS
LI’ve been skiing since I was 3 years old, but it wasn’t until I was 16 that I tried ski mountaineering for the first time. My first experience wasn’t exactly spectacular — the boots hurt, I couldn’t clip into the bindings, and I only managed to climb 250 meters of elevation.
At that time, I discovered mountain races and was fascinated by moving quickly through the mountains. I had done hiking since I was a child, but going slowly bored me.
It was during Christmas 2015 that a change was about to happen in my life. My father suggested that we both sign up for a ski mountaineering race in Sierra Nevada happening within a week. I had no idea what the competition involved in this sport, but I jumped in without thinking.
I found myself lost and alone; there was no one my age, and the competition was extremely demanding, both technically and physically.
As the only cadet, the Andalusian coach quickly contacted me to understand my ambitions in the sport. He wanted to take me to the Spanish Individual Championship that same year.As the only cadet, the Andalusian coach quickly contacted me to understand my ambitions in the sport. SEEKING MY BEST PERFORMANCE
My first Spanish Championship was a reality check — athletes my age were very strong and technically skilled.
That’s when I decided I wanted to improve my performance to compete for the top positions. But I didn’t know how to train, I had too many technical aspects to improve, and I felt that others were years ahead of me.
We did some training camps with the Andalusian team, but it wasn’t enough. I searched the internet for information and YouTube videos, but there was nothing
ATHLETIC BREAKTHROUGH
Fortunately, from the very beginning I had a personalized training plan tailored to my characteristics, which allowed me to improve constantly and progressively. I also started my Degree in Sports Science. Everything I learned, I tested in my training sessions and applied in research studies to keep improving, progressively getting closer to the leaders in races.
Year after year, my physical performance continued to increase. I became one of the best technically.
Had it not been for this structured approach, I probably would have lost motivation. I performed very demanding training sessions, giving up other activities to go up to the snow and train. Feeling stuck or thinking I had reached my limit could have made me quit.
But that didn’t happen. I always found new methods to keep improving, and it was in 2021 when I fully exploded as an athlete.
I became Spanish Relay Champion, won the Spanish Cup in the Promises Category, and my high technical and physical level allowed me to perform incredible mountain feats, like descending the north face of Mulhacen and the Veleta on skis.
Currently, after 9 years striving for my best version in ski mountaineering, I still feel I haven’t reached my ceiling. And I continue with the same enthusiasm as the first day, seeking aspects to improve in this highly complex sport..
MY PURPOSE
On my journey to achieve my maximum performance, I have discovered that what fulfills me the most is guiding people who are trying to walk their own path as well. I have introduced dozens of people to ski mountaineering and have helped over 100 athletes achieve their mountain goals.
I also run a YouTube channel where I share my learnings in this sport, and we are currently the largest Spanish-speaking ski mountaineering community, with nearly 1,000,000 views.
The truth is, I’ve been told hundreds of times that it wasn’t possible to work in this field because there weren’t enough people — they said it’s a very small sport…
I am in constant training, always learning the latest trends so I can apply them and share them. This led me to pursue the best Master’s in High-Performance Endurance Sports and to engage in scientific studies to bring maximum rigor to ski mountaineering.
