Every year, my friends and I embark on exciting skiing trips that combine various activities such as alpine skiing, skitouring, and heliskiing. However, I realized that my traditional gym training was not meeting the demands of backcountry skiing.

The technical requirements to access the online training program are simple. If you also have a GPS watch to track your workouts, that’s a plus.
